Several Suspects Arrested in Ongoing Firearm-Related Investigations Dutch St

KPSM is intensifying its crackdown on firearm-related threats.

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, police made multiple arrests in connection with two serious incidents.

Both cases involved threats and illegal firearms.The first incident took place in the Middle Region.

A male suspect reportedly threatened someone with a gun. Officers responded quickly.

The suspect, already known to police, was located and arrested.

During a search of the area, officers found a hidden firearm.

It was concealed inside an old refrigerator. The weapon was seized.

The suspect was taken to the Philipsburg Police Station. He remains in custody.

Later that day, a second case unfolded. Five male suspects were arrested in St. Peters.

This followed reports of threats in the Sucker Garden/The Keys area.

Early findings suggest a link to a scooter robbery that happened earlier.

All five suspects were apprehended and taken to the police station for questioning.

Their initials are: J.I.A., R.R.R.-C., R.F.J.-C., S.M.A.L., and J.Q.M.P.Officers also confiscated a firearm during this operation.

It had been hidden inside one of the scooters. The weapon is now in police custody as evidence.KPSM stresses its zero-tolerance approach. Threats and violence involving firearms will not be ignored.

These crimes are taken seriously. Swift and firm action is guaranteed.Investigations into both incidents are still ongoing.
