Police Investigate Apparent Suicide at Simpson Bay Casino
At approximately 9:30 AM this morning, Central Dispatch of the Sint Maarten Police Force (KPSM) received an urgent report of a serious incident at a casino located in Simpson Bay. Officers responded immediately and arrived on the scene within minutes.
Upon entering the premises, police officers discovered the body of a male security officer inside the building. The man showed no signs of life. Based on the initial observations, authorities suspect that the man took his own life. Although the investigation remains in its early stages, all evidence so far supports the likelihood of suicide.
